We are currently organizing a group of more than 900 individuals who report being victims of moving-related scams involving deceptive pricing, hostage load situations, and other predatory practices.

Our community has been documenting experiences, collecting evidence, and supporting one another while navigating the aftermath of these incidents. Given the scale and similarity of these reports, we believe this may warrant legal review for a potential class action or coordinated litigation.
